How do I find the driver? Which exit?

Default Exit A (International Arrivals) with an English/Chinese name sign; Exit B for local/transit passengers — note at booking. After landing, the driver sends the plate number and location via WhatsApp.

Do I have to get out at the border?

It depends on the checkpoint, direction, vehicle lane and on-site inspection. Passengers or luggage may be asked to leave the vehicle. Follow the driver's briefing and the instructions of immigration and customs officers.
