FAQ

How is this different from a regular car charter?

A charter is point-to-point only — the driver doesn't get out or accompany you. A local guide service means the driver stays with you all day, recommends restaurants and shops, helps with bookings, and waits while you shop. Local guide service costs 30–50% more than a same-duration charter because you book the driver's entire time slot.

Can I really cross into Shenzhen or Macau in the same day?

This is our biggest differentiator. Our dual-plate cars + cross-border insurance let us pick you up in Hong Kong, drive to Shenzhen / Macau, and return that same evening — all in one car with one driver. Regular HK tour drivers cannot cross. The cross-city upgrade is +HKD 400 / day including border crossing and cross-border insurance.

Are admission tickets included?

No. Disneyland, Ocean Park, Madame Tussauds tickets are paid separately. We can book on your behalf for a HKD 50 service fee.

How does airport pickup work?

Time starts at pickup. E.g. HKIA 06:00 pickup → 12:00 hotel drop-off = 6 hours (half-day rate + 2h extension). No separate airport transfer fee.

Can the driver speak English?

Yes. All our guide-drivers are trilingual: English, Cantonese, Mandarin. We can also arrange Japanese / Korean speaking drivers with 48h notice.

How do I choose between Alphard and V-Class?

• ≤4 passengers: Alphard (executive captain seats, more comfortable)
• 5–6 passengers or large luggage: V-Class (folding third row, more cargo space)
• 0–4 child seats free; 5–12 booster seats available on request.
