I have a 5 a.m. flight. When should we leave?

Depart Shenzhen city by 1:30 a.m., reach HKZMB at 2:30, clear border by 3:00, arrive HKG by 3:30, allowing 1.5 h at the airport. 00:00–06:59 has a fixed RMB 200 / HKD 230 night surcharge.

Will the driver watch my flight status?

Yes. Share your flight number at booking; the driver monitors 4 hours ahead. Delays under 30 min: no change needed. Over 1 hour: contact customer service to adjust.

Can we pick up multiple hotels / Airbnbs?

One extra Shenzhen pickup is free. 2+ stops: HKD 230 each.

Where do we drop off at HKG?

Confirm a permitted drop-off point at T1 or T2 for your flight’s actual check-in terminal. Provide your flight number when booking and check current airline and airport information; T2 departure facilities opened on 27 May 2026.

Do I need to book the return too?
